Email [email protected] for help with Baby Name Matcher. If possible, include your app version and the support ID from Settings → Copy support ID. Please do not send passwords or invite codes.

Connecting with your partner

Open Settings, create an invitation and share its code privately with your partner. They can enter it from the same screen. Names you both love appear in Matches.

Match alerts

Open the notification card in Settings and follow its instructions. Your device settings control Lock Screen alerts, banners, sounds and Focus behaviour. You can continue using the app with notifications turned off.

Deleting your account

Open Settings → Delete account and confirm. This also works for guest accounts. Your partner keeps their own account and choices; shared matches are removed. You can also request account deletion without the app.

Purchases

The app is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Your app store manages payments and refunds. Visit Apple's purchase support for App Store purchases or Google Play purchase support for Google Play purchases.
