Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Baby Name Matcher mobile application (“the App”) operated by Baby Name Matcher (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Baby Name Matcher is a paid application available for a one-time purchase of 99p. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account & Couples

To use the matching features, you must create an account and link with a partner using an invite code. Each account can be linked to one partner at a time. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Your Content

You may add custom baby names to the App. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By adding custom names, you grant us a limited licence to store and display them to you and your linked partner within the App.

You agree not to submit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Purchases & Refunds

The App is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Purchases are processed by and subject to the terms of the respective app store. Refund requests should be directed to the app store where you made your purchase.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, name database, and branding, is owned by Baby Name Matcher and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
